About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Concession Manager to lead a dual-brand premium retail space in Chadstone Shopping Centre. This is more than just a management role - it's about creating an immersive shopping experience for a discerning clientele.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial performance, cultivating a service-led culture, and overseeing the seamless operation of both premium lifestyle and formalwear segments within the concession.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer service and styling advice

Manage day-to-day operations of a dual-brand concession, ensuring alignment with brand standards

Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and clienteling goals

Oversee rostering, inventory control, and stock presentation

Coordinate fittings, formalwear consultations, and premium client experiences

Build lasting customer relationships, including VIP engagement and event hosting

Ensure immaculate visual merchandising that reflects the elevated nature of both brands

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience managing a premium fashion, lifestyle, or formalwear retail store/concession

A strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and coach a high-performing team

Sophisticated personal presentation and deep appreciation for luxury retail service

Commercially minded with a drive to exceed KPIs and deliver consistent growth

Confident in handling customer consultations for both lifestyle and occasionwear

Flexibility to work across weekends, peak retail periods, and during major events
