Their teams are genuine, knowledgeable and provide an exceptional customer experience through styling and relationship building.

The Role |

Reporting to the State Manager, you will lead the way with your team – you believe that Manager’s have the most impact on the shop floor, and you understand what a VIP experience looks like for your clients. You will work to achieve your KPI’s as a store and individual, taking ownership of results, building the client base, and managing all operations.

• You have previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer.
• You come to us with a deep understanding of what it means to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• A thorough understanding of all KPI's and in store financials.
• You have an innate ability to inspire, empower, and guide a team to success. You’re professional and results focused leadership style
• Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear .
• The ability to problem solve, show resilience, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own.
