About the Roles

We are currently recruiting two Retail Managers to lead boutiques in:

Melbourne CBD (Collins Street location) ASM - High foot traffic, prestige clientele, and a strong international presence.

Doncaster (Luxury precinct) SM - Boutique experience within a major retail destination, known for exceptional customer service and a loyal, fashion-forward customer base.

In each location, you'll be the face of the brand - leading your team to deliver exceptional service, uphold visual excellence and drive boutique performance in line with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Achieve sales and KPI targets through strategic planning and team engagement

Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation

Manage inventory, stock control and VM execution with attention to detail

Foster a culture of accountability, confidence and high performance

Uphold brand values and ensure every client interaction reflects luxury-level service

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Store Manager in premium or luxury fashion

Strong leadership presence with an ability to coach, influence and elevate a team

A deep appreciation for styling, design, and high-touch clienteling

Commercial mindset - confident managing performance metrics, rosters, and operational tasks

High EQ - someone who leads with grace, clarity and professionalism
