What you will be doing
As Business Support Officer, you'll be the supportive backbone of our Information and Digital Services (IDS) Leadership Team, playing a crucial role in:
Providing high-level administrative support, including meeting minute taking and coordination for committee meetings.
Creating, developing and customising Sharepoint sites.
Preparing professional reports, presentations, and business documents.
Coordinating team meetings, social activities, catering, and acting as a liaison between the IDS Branch and stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who possesses:
A minimum of 5 years' experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, invoice processing systems, document management, and Sharepoint site administration.
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to produce high-quality written documentation and reports.
A proactive, positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for supporting others.
