About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of a high-performing retail store. Key Responsibilities
* Create a positive, high-performing team environment focused on collaboration and growth
* Manage day-to-day operations, including stock control and visual merchandising
* Ensure compliance with OH&S guidelines and internal policies
* Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience and build strong client relationships
* Recruit, train, and mentor team members when required
* Drive sales and performance through effective leadership and KPI management
* Foster a supportive environment where the team feels valued and motivated

What We're Looking For
* Past experience in a leadership or store management role
* A hands-on leader with a passion for retail and customer experience
* Strong ability to engage and motivate a team to meet sales targets
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Competence in operational procedures and stock control
* Positive energy, resilience, and the ability to build strong team culture
* Availability to work a Tuesday-Saturday roster with limited flexibility as required
