They work in the exciting space of providing technical services and data management into the Mining, Exploration and Geology sectors. A new role has been created for an experienced IT Support person with at least 12 months experience in a held desk or technical support role and a relevant qualification. This is a hands-on role working with Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Windows 11 environments, remote desktop tools and MSP experience would also be highly regarded.

This is a permanent, full-time role with some flexibility with start and finish times, based at our client’s premises in Fremantle. A generous starting salary of up to $75,000 plus super is on offer as well as future progression and the opportunity to learn as part of a dynamic and highly professional team.

Main Duties will include but are not limited to:

Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system

Accurately triage and prioritise tickets

Troubleshoot laptop, email, printer, connectivity, onboarding/termination issues

Provide clear, user-friendly communication to staff and clients

Maintain accurate notes and documentation

To be considered for this role, you would be able to demonstrate:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic working knowledge of:

· Microsoft 365 admin & support

· Active Directory (user/group management)

· Windows Server and Windows 11 environments

· Remote desktop tools
