In this role you will provide day to day IT Support to executives working for a large WA based organisation. This will be a varied role that encompasses 1st/2nd/3rd Line Support and has some Network and System administration tasks as well. This role will have occasional travel across Australia.

Your profile.

• You will be a highly polished communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Ideally have experience supporting C** Level executives.
• Ideally you will hold an IT related Degree or Diploma.
• A proven ability to manage and defuse difficult situations.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience supporting Windows Desktop and Server environments.
• Previous experience supporting Networks, AV, Mobiles, Firewalls and Wireless.
• You must be a citizen or permanent resident.
