About the Role

We’re seeking a highly experienced Clinical or Registered Psychologist to take the next step in their career as our Manager – Mental Health Services.

This is your chance to build and lead a multidisciplinary team (Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers) and shape a growing service with strong executive support. You'll work closely with the Managing Director and the NDIS Clinical Services Manager to align clinical governance, cross-service referrals, and long-term program design.

You’ll also maintain a moderate caseload (Focused Psychological Strategies), and — if you have experience in psychological testing — help us grow our assessment capacity for NDIS and private clients.

What You’ll Do

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary mental health team

Provide supervision, performance development, and mentoring

Deliver evidence-based therapy using FPS and trauma-informed practice

Drive quality and compliance across clinical documentation and risk processes

Develop and expand psychological testing pathways (if trained)

Manage key relationships with stakeholders and referral partners

Collaborate across services to streamline referral pathways and integrated care

Help shape the future of our clinical services alongside senior leadership

About You

General or Clinical Psychologist (AHPRA registered)

Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience

Experience delivering focused psychological strategies (FPS)

Passion for trauma-informed, person-centred practice

Leadership qualities – mentoring, team growth, clinical oversight

Strong reporting, documentation and organisational skills

Interest or experience in psychometric/diagnostic testing (desirable)

Experience in NDIS, forensic, or cross-sector care (desirable)
