  • Temporary 12 months - Full-Time (35 HPW)
  • Clerk Grade 9/10, base salary ($125,693 - $138,510), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of NSW Courts and Tribunals. This role will support the Digital Priorities Manager to manage strategic initiatives and projects aligned with digital priorities for NSW Courts and Tribunals. Delivering impactful projects, analysing data for business cases and investment decisions, optimising processes, and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions. The position also contributes to project governance and assurance activities, helping drive meaningful transformation in the justice system.

What you'll do

  • Plan, support, and deliver business analysis for projects and initiatives, business cases, investment prioritisation, and process and business transformation.
  • Develop and optimise business frameworks, processes, and services by identifying data needs and documenting requirements for effective solutions.
  • Create strategies for ongoing monitoring and improvement of business analysis practices using established frameworks.
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships through clear communication and negotiation to inform decisions and enhance service levels.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation including ministerial briefings, governance papers and presentations, and communicate technical issues in plain language.
  • Contribute to project planning and execution, including change management, training, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Project Support and Documentation - Contribute to planning and produce clear, high-quality documentation.
