About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our team. This role offers diverse work across general carpentry, door hanging, joinery, minor touch up, patching, painting, and trade services. We're looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and eager to grow into a site leadership role.

What You’ll Be Doing

The ability to work autonomously with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.

Excellent time management, planning, and communication skills.

Ability to be a team player who can work with subcontractors and clients to achieve best outcomes for all.

A positive attitude, personal drive, and performance focus.

Prepared to follow our WHSE management system, including completing risk assessments and safe work method statements (SWMS) to ensure hazards are identified, assessed, and controlled before completing tasks.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Minimum of 3 years in the Building Construction industry

Minimum of Certificate III in Carpentry

Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and by-laws

Your own hand tools and PPE

Physically fit and reliable

Strong communication and time management skills

Positive, can-do attitude with a strong customer service mindset

Desirable (but not essential) Qualifications

Working at Heights
