All Lift Forklifts & Access Equipment is a family owned and operated rental and sales company with branches throughout Australia. As a Nationally Appointed, Magni Telescopic Handler, Liugong Forklifts we have a Full-Time position available to join our Sales department in our Salisbury Branch.
Responsibilities
Identify sales opportunities: Research new leads, analyze competitors, and identify potential accounts
Build relationships: Connect with customers to understand their needs and build rapport
Explain products: Demonstrate how products and services work, and explain their benefits and features
Close sales: Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and prepare quotations
Maintain records: Keep up with product information, competitor offers, and inventory records
Provide feedback: Gather customer feedback and advise the product team
Coordinate with others: Work with account managers and the Rental Manager to resolve customer issues
In this role you will be responsible for all customer enquiries, new sales and hire focus, ensuring efficiency, quality and standards are maintained. You will utilise your hard work and experience to contribute to the profitability of the business.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Working closely with the Rental Sales team and customers, the main areas of responsibility for the role will include but not be limited to:
1. Take in bound sales calls. Process these and follow up customer quotes/orders
2. Ensuring Customer orders are input into our ERP system and received in line with a promised delivery date to customer working with our team
Account Management
3. Proactively managing customer interactions via telephone and seizing opportunities to upsell.
4. Support rental team and service team
5. Cold call daily
6. Use BCI checking for new prospects and report to team and rental Manager
7. Hit monthly and annual KPI and goals
Essential Experience Needed
1. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
2. Be proactive and a quick learner
3. Must be able to do multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong work ethic and a desire to strive for customer satisfaction
5. Tidy and pay attention to details
6. Can-do attitude with a positive outlook and genuine sense of teamwork
