About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Western Australia warehouse operations. This is a critical leadership position where you will be instrumental in ensuring the peak efficiency of all warehouse activities – from inbound receiving to outbound dispatch. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, maintaining high inventory accuracy, and ensuring seamless logistics to consistently exceed quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all warehouse operations for optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead, mentor, and develop the warehouse team.

Maintain precise inventory control and optimise logistical operations.

Ensure rigorous adherence to Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) standards.

Drive continuous process improvement and performance analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in a warehouse management role within logistics or distribution.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics.

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.

Demonstrated commitment to WH&S.

Valid forklift license.

A current First Aid certificate would be desirable
