Play a key role in supporting our operations team by managing our warehouse, plant, and equipment with precision and care.

VT Plumbing Group is a respected and growing plumbing contractor servicing commercial and industrial clients across Western Australia. We’re currently seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our team in Malaga. This is a full-time position suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, well-organised workspace and enjoys supporting on-site teams with effective logistics and equipment management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain servicing records for all company plant, equipment and tooling

Track and perform basic maintenance tasks across a range of tools and equipment

Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised and compliant with safety standards

Liaise with site teams to coordinate plant and equipment logistics

Receive, organise and dispatch stock for active and upcoming projects

Support project delivery through efficient materials and asset management

About You

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Basic mechanical aptitude and confidence with general maintenance tasks

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Excellent communication and coordination skills

A clean manual drivers license

A forklift license and/or previous experience operating plant equipment is highly regarded
