Founded in Brendale, Brisbane, where we built a strong reputation for innovation and quality, we have experienced rapid national growth, leading to the recent opening of our brand-new showroom in Neerabup, Perth.
About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, genuine, and approachable team member to join our Customer Service Team in Perth. If you love talking about off-grid setups, outdoor touring, and helping people find the right power solution for their adventures then this is the role for you!
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice, managing showroom enquiries, and offering tailored support for orders and installations. You’ll also be responsible for preparing customer orders for dispatch, delivering battery systems locally, and representing the brand at caravan and 4x4 shows. Confidence, initiative, and a genuine passion for the outdoors are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person
Deliver exceptional service by listening and offering tailored solutions
Assist with product recommendations, order processing, and installation bookings
Communicate customer requirements clearly to the technical team
Provide updates on orders, timelines, and logistics
Maintain a well-presented and functional showroom environment
Support reseller relationships and manage supplier onboarding
Deliver batteries locally to clients as required
Represent Custom Lithium at caravan and 4x4 shows and events
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical enquiries where possible
Identify and report on customer trends and competitor activity
About You

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and within a team
Solid computer skills and experience with CRM systems
A willingness to learn and grow within a technical product environment
A valid driver’s licence (essential for delivery component)
A solid understanding of dual battery systems, 12v setups, or lithium technology is required to confidently support our customers and products.
