Lead and mentor a team across retail operations and customer service

Drive a high-performing store culture focused on engagement and excellence

Manage store KPIs, monthly P&L, and performance metrics

Ensure stock processes are followed, including special orders

Champion safe work practices and team well-being

Deliver outstanding customer experiences, every time

What We're Looking For:

Previous retail leadership experience

Strong commercial mindset with proven results

Confident managing budgets, targets and operational processes

A people-first leader who thrives on building strong teams

Passion for customer service - automotive or tools & hardware experience a bonus, but not essential

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Experience in large format, high-volume retail operations highly regarded
