The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and adaptable Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Project Manager to support the successful delivery of our commercial new build & fit out construction projects.

What you will be doing:

Maintain and manage project documentation, internal reports, and filing systems to ensure accessibility and compliance.

Coordinate effective communication between internal teams, contractors, clients, and other project stakeholders.

Perform data entry, compile reports, and support day-to-day administrative needs of development and construction projects.

Assist with tasks related to cost estimating and construction management, including tracking budgets, and supporting procurement and estimating management

Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met through regular updates and coordination.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a relevant qualification in this field, is desirable.

Background in Construction Management, Estimating, or Project Coordination, is desirable.

Strong administrative, analytical, and organisational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation platforms.

Familiarity with construction lifecycle preferred.
