Waste Equipment & Hiab Services Pty Ltd, is a privately owned waste services company based in Ardeer(Vic) and Regency Park(SA). We work with a diverse range of customers & large multi-national clients such as Cleanaway & Veolia in Victoria, NSW & SA. Our services include manufacture & repairs of hookllift & frontlift steel bins for the waste industry and delivery & pickup of all types of waste containers.

The opportunity

We are looking for 2 skilled and experinced welders who will be reporting to the Production Manager, and will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs and fabrication on a range of steel bins. This position will also include the following:

• Manufacture and repair Hook Lift bins, FL bins, etc
• Welding of waste containers
• Set up and operate hand tools, including but not limited to flame cutting torches, drills, grinders, clamps
• Undertake tasks involving specialist measuring equipment and hand tools
• Maintain, clean & repair waste containers and equipment as required in accordance with training

What we look for

• Current drivers licence
• Certificate III in Engineering -Fabrication Trade or equivalent experience
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
