About the role
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary health service environment. In this role, you will provide person-centred services while developing your clinical capabilities from a novice to a proficient practitioner. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure safe, responsive, and effective care across a variety of settings.
This role offers the opportunity to consolidate your knowledge and build confidence through ongoing professional development and hands-on experience. You will be accountable for your own clinical standards and play an active role in mentoring and delegating tasks where appropriate. About You
You are a registered nursing professional committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. With strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, you bring professionalism, adaptability, and a genuine dedication to patient outcomes.
Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current or eligible practising certificate.
Demonstrated clinical competence in nursing practice, with effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to prioritise workload, adapt to changing clinical demands, and contribute meaningfully within a team.
Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, nursing standards, and quality improvement systems in healthcare.
