About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team in delivering safe, person-centred care within a supportive clinical environment. Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, you will contribute to high-quality patient outcomes while continuing to develop your clinical skills from novice through to proficient practice. Your role will be integral in supporting patients’ health and wellbeing in accordance with all regulatory and statutory nursing standards.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be accountable for your own practice while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure responsive and respectful care delivery. About You
You are a committed and capable Enrolled Nurse with a strong foundation in delivering safe, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Your communication skills, clinical awareness, and professional accountability enable you to contribute effectively under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
Registered or eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with an approved qualification for medication administration.
Proven ability to deliver nursing care within defined scope of practice, recognising clinical changes and escalating appropriately.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Sound knowledge of nursing standards, legislative requirements, and the Enrolled Nurse’s role within a healthcare setting.
