You'll need

• Proven experience leading a team of Façade Engineers within a consultancy environment
• Background in façade engineering or façade consulting, with hands-on leadership experience
• Strong management skills and the confidence to be the face of the façade team
• Business development experience is highly valued—especially if you're targeting a higher salary band
• Strong leadership abilities, management skills, and presence to be the face of the team.
• Existing relationships with builders and developers that can convert into new business will be a strong advantage
