Salary Sacrifice

As a not-for-profit entity, our employees can package up to $18,549 p.a. of their taxable income before your income tax is calculated. Up to $15,900 p.a. on everyday expenses (such as mortgage payments, rent, groceries, bills and insurance) plus up to $2,649 p.a. on meal/entertainment benefits.

About this role

As our IT Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be at the core of ensuring the seamless operation of our digital platforms. Working as part of the dynamic Information Technology team, you’ll be designing, managing, and maintaining diverse ICT environments, from traditional datacentres to cutting-edge cloud solutions.

Key duties will include

  • Leading IT excellence by designing, installing, configuring, and supporting servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Optimizing performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving infrastructure systems across multiple platforms.
  • Enhance user experience through reliable support for end-user computing systems.
  • Drive innovation with expertise in cloud technologies and proactive technical recommendations.
  • Contribute to strategy by aligning IT initiatives with our mission and values.

About you

You bring strong technical skills that inspire and drive results, along with a steadfast commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Your excellent communication and problem-solving abilities enable you to navigate challenges effectively and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

What you can bring to the team

You’re a skilled professional who thrives in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment. Your technical expertise is matched by your passion for innovation and dedication to delivering exceptional service.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Windows client/server environments, including Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, and Azure.
  • 5+ years of expertise in networking, network security, and IP telephony.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools and technologies.

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional.
  • Microsoft Associate or higher certifications (365/Azure focus).
  • Experience in Meraki, TrendMicro Vision One and Nursecall Systems
