About the Role
Are you ready to provide a high level of customer service and support the organisation with excellent administration support?
As an Administration Officer, you will primarily provide support to Corporate Services, Sustainability and Service Excellence as well as staff and visitors.
This is your chance to make an impact by:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and reception support, including managing phone enquiries and greeting visitors.
• Provide general administrative support such as document preparation, data entry, mail handling, and meeting coordination.
• Take accurate meeting minutes and assist with agendas and follow-up actions.
• Organise office supplies, coordinate catering, manage deliveries, and support events and training logistics.
• Assist with staff onboarding and maintain clean, safe office spaces.
• Support internal systems and databases, including data entry and updates.
• Contribute to safety administration, donor support, and vehicle handovers as needed.
• Always maintain strict confidentiality and a high standard of professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
We need an organised and personable individual who has:
• Advanced computer and literacy skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability to process complex information, trauma informed is essential.
• Ability to work in an environment where you will be exposed to complex and at times disturbing information relating to children and young people.
• Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and spelling.
