Administration Officer
to join their team.
This is a part time role of 15 hours per week. Ideally the suitable applicant will work 5 hours per day, 3 days per week, with some flexibility required, based on the demands of the role.
The key functions of the role are:
- Travel Coordination - Manage all travel bookings for trainers/coaches from end to end. This will include, communication of itineraries across the organisation and the coding and reconciliation of expenses and costs..
- Masterclass Preparations - Assist to organise printing and drop off of workbooks and other materials as required.
- Data Collation - Assisting to prepare summary reports of the feedback received via surveys about participation satisfaction with the professional learning masterclasses.
- Documentation for Coaching Visits - Preparing coaching feedback forms for schools and visit summaries for coaches.
- Postage of Starter Kits and associated Documentation
- Other Ad Hoc Admin
The role will commence as a 3-4 month contract with a view to transition to longer term employment.
Strong experience (5-6 years) in high volume admin roles, together with excellent knowledge of travel management will be highly favoured. A strong degree of competency with various software programmes is also a key requirement.
