We’re partnering with a global FinTech, backed by a household name in financial software, as they expand across APAC and reposition a well-established, highly regarded marketing automation tool.
While the platform is widely recognised, the business is focused on shifting perception and educating mid-market and fast-growing SMB clients on its evolved capabilities. Once known for its simplicity, the product is now a powerful solution built to support more complex marketing and customer engagement needs.
About the Role
This is a full-cycle Account Executive role where you’ll manage your own book of business across Australia, New Zealand and APAC markets. You’ll work across both inbound and outbound sales motions, supported by a BDR focused on top-of-funnel lead generation and qualification.
You’ll sell into a range of industries, from mid-market clients to fast-growing SMBs, and work closely with marketing, customer success and partner teams to drive results and create meaningful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire mid-market and fast-growing SMB customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from targeted outreach and inbound qualification through to discovery, value selling and closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline within your assigned vertical or territory
- Understand customer goals and challenges to position the product as a strategic solution
- Maintain clean CRM data and follow internal sales processes
- Drive outcomes that meet both customer needs and business targets
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and product updates
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar full cycle sales role within SaaS, tech or subscription-based services
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise customers
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to lead solution-focused conversations
- Resilience and creativity in building pipeline and closing sales
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
