About You
Are you passionate about creating safer, healthier workplaces where people thrive? We’re seeking a proactive and engaged Work Health Safety (WHS) Business Partner to support our commitment to a strong, positive safety culture across the organisation.
In this influential role, you'll go beyond traditional advisory functions—you'll actively collaborate with leaders and employees, providing hands-on coaching, guidance, and technical expertise to enhance safety practices at all levels. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, teaches through demonstration, and builds trust through meaningful partnerships.
You’ll be instrumental in helping us meet our legislative obligations while advancing our strategic goal of zero harm through continual improvement and behavioural safety leadership.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a WHS position within a high-risk operational environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage, influence, and support a diverse workforce
- A genuine passion for building capability and embedding safety as a shared responsibility
