We are ideally looking for someone with around 12 months experience. We will train you in every aspect of property management and teach you how to manage apartments, houses, townhouses, rooming houses and even commercial properties.

The role is Monday to Friday. You will be working as part of a team with two senior property managers.

Prerequisites:

Current real estate registration certificate

Current QLD driver's license

Have a service attitude

Must be a team player

Must be able to communicate with clarity and kindness

A typical day may include:

Assisting in the management of a residential property portfolio

Conducting ingoing/outgoing reports

Responding to tenant and landlord enquiries

Coordinating repairs and maintenance with trades

Supporting the Senior Property Manager with day-to-day operations

Lease renewals

Rent arrears, breach notices

Compliance checks

Provide front desk support, assist walk-ins, and participate in training and team meetings.
