As a Project Manager you will take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of assigned developments, initially focusing on high-profile projects within the Major Projects team. This role requires strategic leadership, a strong commercial mindset, and hands-on management to ensure developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and priorities of each project while monitoring key performance indicators across feasibility, scheduling, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Engage and manage consultants: source proposals, negotiate terms, execute agreements, chair meetings, and review invoicing.
• Oversee preparation and execution of D&C contracts, procurement documentation, and builder appointment processes.
• Ensure all authority approvals, including liquor licensing (where relevant), are obtained in a timely manner.
• Conduct weekly site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and risk, ensuring compliance with documentation and schedules.
• Manage construction delivery: review RFIs, issue principal instructions, and ensure all builder submissions align with project goals.
• Drive cost control by tracking contingency spend and identifying value engineering opportunities.
• Oversee defecting and final delivery, ensuring smooth transition from construction to Saint Haven operations.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders including development managers and senio rmanagement

Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex mixed-use, Apartments or Hotel projects in Melbourne or Sydney
• Strong working knowledge of project delivery from feasibility through to operational handover.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and cost tracking systems.
• Agile and energetic attitude and likes to take ownership of their project
