Hercules Cafe is a fresh face in Ashfield’s growing café scene, having opened just three months ago and we’re already becoming a local favourite! We’re passionate about serving top-tier coffee and unique house-made specialties crafted from our own recipes.

Our café is equipped with the latest coffee machine technology and we proudly use our high-quality house blend beans, ensuring every cup is a cut above the rest. Whether it's a classic espresso or one of our specialty drinks, quality and consistency are at the heart of everything we do.

​Barista & All-Rounder

If you’re someone who takes pride in great service, loves a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

A passion for coffee and customer service

Friendly, reliable, and a great communicator

Able to work well in a team and take initiative

Solid barista experience with confident latte art skills (Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a high-volume café)

Full-time availability, with flexibility across weekdays and weekends

​Kitchen Hand

We’re also seeking a kitchen hand to support our back-of-house operations. If you’re quick on your feet, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a kitchen hand or prep role preferred

Punctual, reliable, and able to work efficiently under pressure

Willing to learn and take direction

Good availability across weekdays and weekends

Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
