Motivate Kids is home to more than 40 team members (including 28 clinicians), with purpose-built studios in Broadview and Salisbury. We also partner with local schools and early learning centres to support kids where they learn and play. We’re known for combining evidence-based frameworks (like sensory integration, polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed care) with a values-led, neuroaffirming approach. What the role involves:

As an OT at Motivate Kids, you’ll deliver therapy that supports regulation, participation, and confidence in everyday life. You’ll be encouraged to bring your unique strengths into the role and to work alongside families in a way that’s collaborative and meaningful.

Build trusting relationships with families, educators, and support teams

Develop goal-directed, evidence-informed therapy plans

Deliver creative, neuroaffirming sessions that support each child’s growth

Complete clear, timely documentation and standardised assessments

Participate in ongoing supervision and PD opportunities

About you:

You’re an AHPRA-registered OT who cares deeply about helping kids and families thrive

You’re collaborative, reflective, and always looking to grow

You bring a sense of fun, creativity and compassionate presence to your work

You value clear communication and connection in the way you work with others

You’re values-aligned and bring care, curiosity, and professionalism to your work

Requirements

Bachelor or Master’s in Occupational Therapy

AHPRA Registration (unconditional)

Full driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (with comprehensive insurance)

Current First Aid & CPR

RRHAN-EC, DHS Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance

NDIS Worker Screening and vaccination compliance (as per policy)
