Paragon Recruitment Group is partnering with leading insurance brokerages in Perth to recruit experienced and driven professionals across a number of exciting roles. We are currently seeking individuals for positions including Account Manager, Senior Assistant Broker, and Account Executives.

Senior Assistant Broker – Corporate

Work alongside a senior team on some of the most unique and challenging risks in the market, including fintech, biosciences, and large corporate placements, alongside everyday business risks. This is a hands-on support role with the potential to take on accounts independently over time.

Senior Broker - Construction

Join a specialist brokerage with a strong presence in the construction sector. You'll manage a well-established portfolio and play a key role in driving client relationships and strategic growth. This is a senior role offering autonomy, support, and long-term career progression. Main lines of business include: Services to Mining, Construction, Hospitality, Property, General Lines.

Account Executive – Corporate

Support a senior account lead on a corporate portfolio generating approx. $1.2M in income. You’ll assist with renewals, client queries, and day-to-day account management, gaining exposure to larger and more complex clients within the general insurance space.

SME Account Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established boutique brokerage currently seeking an Account Manager to join their growing team of 14. This is a unique opportunity suited to either an experienced broker ready to step up, or a seasoned account manager looking to take ownership of a portfolio and explore future leadership opportunities.

We’re looking for candidates with:

3+ years in insurance, ideally in broking or client-facing roles

Solid knowledge of insurance products and regulations

Strong communication skills and a client-first approach

Proven customer service and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Tier 1/Tier 2 qualified

Experience managing SME portfolios

Experience managing corporate portfolios
