Qualifications & experience

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Strong Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to stay focused in a busy environment
• Previous experience in an Insurance or Administration position
• Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) preferred or willing to complete upon commencement

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide support to Account Managers & Senior Staff
• Source alternative terms for new & existing insurance policies
• Accurate & timely processing of policy transactions & related records
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients, underwriters, brokers & other key stakeholders
• Work closely with Senior staff to achieve required outcomes for our clients & our business
