What You'll Be Doing

Build secure, scalable backend systems (mostly in Node.js, with some Python).

Develop rich, responsive UIs using React and modern frontend tooling.

Architect APIs, design clean data models, and ensure smooth integration across services.

Own your work from design to deployment - and support it in production.

Work across a modern DevOps environment using containers, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools.

Apply security best practices at every stage of development.

Collaborate across teams - or work solo when needed. Your initiative is valued.

Tech You'll Be Working With

Frontend: React, Redux, modern JS (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, Material UI

Backend: Node.js (Express), Python (Flask), RESTful APIs, TypeScript

Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB

DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure/AWS/GCP

Security: OAuth2, JWT, OWASP, secure coding practices

Bonus: Experience with AI, ML models, or unstructured data is a huge plus

What We're Looking For

5+ years of full stack experience building production-grade software

Expert-level Node.js and React - you know these inside out

Solid Python skills for backend and scripting

Deep understanding of software architecture, databases, and performance

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization

Strong grasp of security best practices

Self-driven, analytical thinker who loves solving real-world problems

Comfortable working autonomously, owning projects, and stepping into leadership opportunities
