We are partnered with a client who are an established Head Contractor with a solid reputation with over 30 years of experience delivering commercial projects $5M - $30M in value they require an experienced Project Manager to join their team to work on commercial projects across Sydney. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering Education, hospitality, retail projects.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
• Writing of a construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work
• Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
• High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
• Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has a strong reputation in Commercial construction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Project Management on Commercial projects as a Head contractor
• A tertiary qualification in Construction is highly regarded.
• Previously worked on commercial projects.
• Experience running projects up to $5m - $30M in value.
