They have a proven edge in the medical fit-out space, consistently delivering complex, compliance-heavy environments like day hospitals, specialist suites, and dental clinics with precision and style.

Now entering an exciting growth phase, our client has been awarded two new defence projects, marking their expansion into high-security, technically advanced builds. These are set to kick off in the next two months.

To support this, they’re seeking a talented Project Manager to join their high-performing team, an incredible opportunity to grow with a business that values innovation, integrity, and its people. Role Responsibilities:

Manage fit-out and refurbishment projects from concept to completion

Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams

Oversee programme, cost control, safety, and client liaison

Lead stakeholder meetings and ensure delivery aligns with vision and quality

Role Requirements:

4–6+ years of Project Management experience in fit-out/refurb or similar sectors

Exposure to projects in commercial, medical, secure environments / defence or similar sectors

Confident communicator and collaborator with a client-first approach

Strong programming, site coordination, and subcontractor management

Energetic, industry passionate, self-motivated and driven individual
