The Role and Duties:
Coordinating client financial progress meetings, research and preparation of financial information for presentation, construct client Records of Advice, and execute follow-up actions.
Implement Statements of Advice and execute changes and refinements to clients' investment, superannuation, and insurance with a high degree of accuracy.
Maintain Xplan CRM and task system for all client related information and service activities.
Liaise and communicate with clients to provide updates in a professional manner. Respectfully provide solutions that result in excellent client experience and a high level of satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an office administration role, worked in a financial planning business, or in banking, accounting, legal, or mortage broking practice.
Experience using Xplan or similar CRM and financial planning software an advantage.
Knowledge of Netwealth platform preferred (or Hub24, Praemium, Macquarie, BT, Asgard, CFS).
Experience with AIA, TAL, or Zurich insurance platforms and products an advantage.
Tertiary qualifications in financial planning, commerce, business, accounting, or similar, considered beneficial but not essential.
Be a postive-minded person, and have a caring and amiable disposition. Have strong attention to detail and accuracy. Be well-organised, procedure-driven, and have ability to prioritise daily tasks and actions.
Beneficial to have an understanding of financial planning concepts, and the compliance and legal requirements within the industry.
Already have the right or visa to reside and work permanently in Australia.
