Client Services – Financial Planning

Full Time $70,000 + per annum (depending on experience)

Brahma Wealth Management have been providing financial planning advice to Australian’s for 25 years and we have built a strong reputation for delivering comprehensive advice and exceptional client service.

We are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our team in a full-time capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded firm where you can build your technical and professional skills in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a high level of service to our Financial Planning clients

Support Financial Advisers in the delivery of high-quality, compliant advice

Prepare application forms, and implementation of financial strategies

Manage and maintain client files and records

Prepare for client review meetings

Perform general administrative duties as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and brings a positive energy to the team.

You will have:

Experience in the finance industry or have completed qualifications relating to; financial planning, superannuation, insurance, or investments

Strong administration skills and MS Office proficiency

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Great time management and organisational skills

A proactive approach to problem solving and a collaborative team approach

Experience with XPlan desired
