About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a motivated Building Supervisor to join their team in the Hervey Bay area

Responsibilities will include:

Managing project homes in your area

Coordination of trades and materials for housing projects

Manage Onsite companion schedules

Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover

Skills and Experience

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

2 years experience as a Supervisor in volume housing

Onsite Companion experience advantageous however not essential

Strong trade management and time management skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Carpentry Trade qualification highly desired

Trade base advantageous
