The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a confident, experienced Building Supervisor to join a national insurance builder working on major and complex loss projects across the Sunshine Coast.

This isn’t your average supervisor gig, you’ll be managing high-impact claims like fires, floods, and storms in both residential and commercial spaces. If you’re ready to step off the tools and lead huge projects, this could be the perfect next move.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing complex insurance repair projects from start to finish
• Scoping, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across each job
• Coordinating with reliable trades (and bringing in your own if you’d like!)
• Managing communication between clients, insurers, trades and suppliers
• Using smart tech to streamline project reporting and updates
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Representing the business with professionalism and empathy

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in insurance building, working large loss/commercial projects
• QBCC Qualified Supervisor with a Cert IV in Building & Construction
• Trade background in carpentry, plastering, roofing, or plumbing highly regarded
• You’re organised, tech-savvy, and love seeing a project through
• A strong communicator who builds trust easily and solves problems fast
• Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
