About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for an experienced Building Supervisor to join them in a Lower South Brisbane / Northern Gold Coast area. You will control no more than 17 lowset homes at a time and will manage all trades and subcontractors, materials to site, workplace health and safety and of course the relationship with the client.

What we're looking for

To be considered you must demonstrate the following:

A minimum of 2 years volume housing supervising experience

Current Supervisors or Builders licence

An ability to manage time frames and deadlines in a volume environment

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage trade and client relationships

Exceptional organisation skills and an eye for detail

Carpentry qualifications are favourable
