About the role

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Migration Doctors Australia' in Southport, Queensland. This is a part-time role, offering flexible working arrangements to support your work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative and clerical support to the Migration Doctors Australia' team

Maintaining and updating databases, records and filing systems

Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Handling incoming phone calls, emails and visitors with professionalism and care

Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents

Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries

Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant at a Migration Consultancy

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of office management best practices
