Rural Health Tasmania (RHT) is looking for a Quality and Accreditation Officer to compliment our Management Team. This part-time role is based in beautiful North-West Tasmania and reports directly to the Executive team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to operate strategically with an ability to problem solve, support and understand challenges at the operational level.
The Quality and Accreditation Officer is responsible for developing, supporting the end-to-end design and improvement of services that deliver better outcomes for clients, staff, and the organisation. Using human-centred design, systems thinking, and co-design principles, this role facilitates the design, prototyping, testing, and development of services, ensuring they are usable, equitable, and aligned with strategic priorities.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· Qualifications in Service Design, or a related field or the ability to upskill
· Demonstrated experience in the accreditation process, and associated preparations
· Demonstrated experience in designing & improving services
· Proven ability to create clear project plans and communicate complex ideas simply
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
· Current, unsuspended, driver’s license
