Ozone Linen Services is expanding, and we are currently seeking two experienced Laundry Supervisors to oversee daily operations at our Logan facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations

• Train, schedule, and manage laundry staff

• Ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met

• Monitor inventory of detergents, linens, and other supplies

• Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

• Implement quality control procedures

• Liaise with other departments to ensure linen supply meets operational needs

• Prepare reports on productivity and daily operations

• Address and resolve staff or client concerns professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within laundry or housekeeping operations

• Familiarity with tools like Bundle Connect, Linen Tech, or Linen Hub

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends

• Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals

• Understanding of workplace health and safety standards

• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Physical ability to stand and move throughout shifts

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are an advantage
