Due to continued growth, we are seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our Final Assembly & Fit-Out Crew.

About the Role

We’re looking for hands-on individuals with a great attitude and a willingness to learn. While previous marine or mechanical experience is preferred, it’s not essential — all training will be provided in-house.

Key Responsibilities

Installing fuel tanks and plumbing systems

Flooring and flotation foam installation

Fitting windscreens

Installing steering systems

Running 12V wiring harnesses and electronics

Mounting electronics and marine hardware

Assisting with upholstery and interior fit-out

Ensuring high attention to detail and quality workmanship

Requirements

Experience using hand tools (essential)

A keen eye for detail and pride in quality work

Physically fit and able to handle manual work

Strong work ethic and reliability

Previous marine, automotive, or electrical experience a bonus

Work Hours

Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm

Friday: 6:00am – 12:30pm

Overtime available and may be required
