The Role:
As our new Chandlery Sales Assistant, you’ll be front and centre in our fully stocked retail space. You’ll help customers find what they need (and what they didn’t know they needed), from safety equipment and cleaning products to ropes, hardware, and boating essentials.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
🧭 Greeting and assisting customers with chandlery product enquiries
🧰 Offering expert advice and product recommendations
📦 Receiving stock, unpacking deliveries, and organising shelves
📊 Monitoring inventory and helping keep stock levels in check
☎️ Taking customer calls, emails, and processing sales

We’d Love to See:
Experience in retail, sales, or the marine industry
A strong interest in boating, fishing, and marine products
Great communication and customer service skills
Good organisation and attention to detail
A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
