The Position

We’re looking for a legal professional who’s seeking a long-term future with a progressive and culture-driven firm. You'll be working with a variety of business clients across different industries, providing practical and strategic legal advice.

More About The Role

Assisting in business structuring, contracts, and compliance.

Providing strategic legal advice to SME's.

Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and business transactions.

Supporting client consultations and advisory sessions.

Collaborating with the wider New Wave team to provide holistic business solutions.

Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years PAE experience in a commercial law or business law firm.

Familiar with Contract Law, Business Purchases and Sales, Corporations Act, and Franchising Code of Conduct.

Require limited assistance, experience running and settling own files.

Estate Planning and Employment Law knowledge is a bonus.

Strong knowledge of Corporate Structures, Contracts, and Property Law.

Ability to simplify complex legal concepts for business owners.

Experience in business structuring, asset protection, and risk management.

Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills.

Ability to manage your own workflow efficiently.
