About the role

Join the dynamic team at Sams Plumbing and Gas Pty Ltd as one of our Plumbing Supervisors. This full-time role is based in Hervey Bay, QLD and will see you overseeing the successful delivery of plumbing projects for our growing client base.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing teams on construction sites

Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations

Liaise with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service

Manage the procurement of materials and equipment to support project timelines

Provide hands-on support and guidance to junior plumbers as required

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our commercial plumbing operations

Maintain detailed records and reporting on project progress and performance

What we're looking for

Extensive experience as a qualified plumber

Proficient in reading and interpreting plumbing plans, specifications and schematics

Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, codes and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams

Proven ability to coordinate, motivate and lead plumbing teams to deliver projects on time and to budget

Commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to risk management

Relevant trade qualifications and licenses, including a current driver's licence
