Hours & Pay - We got you!

• Mon–Thu: 10:30pm–7:00am
• Fri: Short shift, 6:00pm–12:30am
• $41.69 p/h on nights (training on day shift for 2 weeks at $36.25p/h)

This isn’t your average supervisor job.

You’ll be leading the team that moves red-hot metal fresh out of the forge, keeps up to six machines humming at once, and makes sure every shift ends safer than it started.

You’ll have 5–6 operators counting on you to set the pace, keep schedules tight, and solve problems on the fly. When something breaks, you’ll know what to do.

This gig is not for the faint-hearted.

But if you love the idea of running the night shift like a well-oiled machine, here’s your shot.

What You’ll Do? Straight from the horse's mouth.

• Drive productivity and safety as the on-site leader overnight.
• Support your team on the tools and in the trenches - whether it’s troubleshooting CNC issues or coaching operators.
• Keep production schedules updated in their scheduling system (this will be trained but you’ll need computer literacy)
• Own the handover process, ensuring nothing slips between shifts.

What You’ll Need? You heard it here first.

• Time in the seat as a Team Leader or Supervisor
• CNC know-how: lathes, cutters, borers - you need to speak the language of the machines
• A cool head under pressure - nights can get busy, and you’ll need to keep the team on track.
• Forklift ticket? Big bonus
• Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol test and a police check.
