Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10 PM - 6 AM (weekends free!)

About Us:
Concept Retail is a fast-paced, customer-focused retail business committed to providing excellent service and high-quality products. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Retail Team Leader to join our mobile night shift team, working across multiple Coles Supermarkets throughout Sydney.

Role Overview:

Leadership & Team Management – Lead and motivate the team to execute merchandising plans effectively.
Product Presentation – Implement planograms, tapes, and ensure well-stocked displays.
Efficiency & Time Management – Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for merchandising projects.
Store Readiness & Compliance – Maintain a clean, organized store while following safety standards.
Flexibility & Availability – Able to work varied shifts and travel across multiple locations if needed.
Eligibility – Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. A valid driver’s license and transport are highly desirable.

Requirements:

Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team during night shifts.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A valid drivers license and reliable transport are required due to the travel requirements.
