Control Systems Engineer – Brisbane - Permanent Role

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Control Systems Engineer to join our team. This full-time, permanent position will be based in our Brisbane Head Office, working within our Project Engineering department.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into our PCS Team depending on career goals and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert control systems engineering support within a corporate technology environment.
Maintain and optimise automation systems, with a focus on Siemens and Citect SCADA platforms.
Collaborate across departments to support control systems integration across IT and OT environments.
Participate in site-based support and commissioning activities as needed.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, and contribute to system upgrades and enhancements.
About You
Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate experience in Control Systems Engineering.
PLC Programming - Siemens (1200,1500, 300 an advantage) and/or Rockwell/Allen-Bradley ControlLogix or Emerson
SCADA Engineering - CitectSCADA (Highly desirable) and/or Ignition, FactoryTalk SE
Experience in the mining, heavy industry and manufacturing sectors.
Comfortable working in both corporate and on-site environments.
Expertise with multiple control systems such as Rockwell and Siemens is highly desirable.
Strong programming skills, with experience across IT/OT systems, will be advantageous.
