Our clients are all high-profile and reputable organisations in the commercial - financial services, technology, and manufacturing - and public sectors. They are looking for administrators now with the possibility for an extension, contract renewable, or permanent position.

About the role:

  • 10+ administration positions available across Brisbane
  • Salary rate: $35 to $42 + Super + upon experience
  • Flexible admin temp contracts, durations & temp to perm opportunities

  • Most jobs are in urban locations and close to public transport
  • Easy to fill timesheet, on-time payment, and option for Real-Time Remuneration.

Duties and responsibilities

The Office Administrator can be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, and fax operations;
  • Preparing cash payment summaries, banking reports, and bank statements as required;
  • Calculating and maintaining wage and salary records, following credit referral procedures; applying purchasing and inventory control requirements as required;
  • May be involved in onboarding and orientation for new starters in the Client's office;
  • Providing specialised advice and information about the Client's products and services;

Managing complaints, queries, and problems from relevant stakeholders using a high degree of interpersonal skills (including escalations from less experienced Receptionists).

Your experience

To excel in administration, you’re a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and admin skills. To be considered with us, you can demonstrate:

  • Demonstrate potential and have experience in high-paced administration work.
  • Have strong attention to detail, and computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Supervises less experienced Administrators (or similar) and is able to provide constructive feedback in relation to the quality of their work; and
  • The ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly, and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients.

You can work as an Administrator without formal qualifications, however, a certificate III or IV in business, administration or another related field may be useful.
